Features :

Based on gasification agent of air and vapor , this furnace can make plenty of coal gas of good quality inside the hearth through oxidation , deoxidation , carbonization and dry . Coal gas will be transported through pipes . Compared with coal burning , 30~50% of energy can be saved . Because gas is burned wholly with wet slag . It has hardly pollution to th environment .

Water jacket is used to produce more vapor with stable pressure . It is useful to gasification and protecting furnace body .

Taper coal separator is used , so gasification are laid off evenly . Coal layers inside hearth are even so coal is gasified efficiently without fire flaring or decling.

Pagoda type of fire grate are used , so gasification agent is evenly deposited with smooth materials lay off . Coal layers inside hearth are even and good gas producing can be achieved

But one more thing we need to let you know is that this gasifier does not stockpile coal gas. the gasifier would directly fired on the coal gas it produced, in other words, this gasifier is like a big coal gas fired burner.
